JL Projects transformed the Warrick Residence with a refined millwork package focused on comfort, elegance, and hospitality. The master bedroom was reimagined as a serene retreat with clean lines, custom built-ins, and a calming material palette. In the guest quarters, JL Projects delivered a complete refresh across the guest bedroom, guest closet, and guest bathroom, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for visitors. In-house coordination between design, build, and millwork allowed for a fast-tracked schedule without sacrificing precision. JL Millwork, Maxalto Furnishings, Natural Stone, Custom Lighting

JL Projects crafted every millwork element in-house, from kitchen cabinetry and media walls to bathroom vanities and built-in closets. Select furnishings from Maxalto were used to elevate the interior environment with Italian craftsmanship. Natural stone surfaces, architectural lighting, and premium fixtures were incorporated throughout to unify each room with texture, warmth, and sophistication.
