Complete Design-Build & Italian Furnishings

Designed for the Art of Entertaining.

Natural oak, Taj Mahal stone and Italian design, made for gathering at Alina Residences.

A Residence Made for Hospitality

At Alina Residences, one of Boca Raton's most recognized addresses, the Finn Residence was designed around the art of entertaining. Generous social spaces open to the views, and bold architectural elements give the home a strong identity. Natural oak ceiling beams and custom wall installations frame the living areas. The lounge and bar offer an intimate setting with natural stone, illuminated cabinetry and warm ambient light. A glass wine room with sleek black framing becomes a striking feature, while the breakfast nook brings a relaxed, everyday rhythm with open outdoor views. Across roughly 4,579 sq. ft., every space reflects a life centered on hospitality, comfort and exceptional craftsmanship.

5 Months, Concept to Final Install

JL Home Projects carried the Finn Residence from design to final install in 5 months. Our in-house design, construction and millwork teams worked as one, keeping every detail precise while respecting the building standards of Alina Residences. The work covered the living room, lounge and bar, dining room, breakfast nook, kitchen, wine room, entry, elevator landing, home office, powder room and primary bedroom.

Natural Oak Millwork, Taj Mahal Stone & Italian Furnishings

Natural oak takes center stage, extending across custom wall installations, ceiling beams and tailored millwork in the living, dining and breakfast areas. Taj Mahal stone in the kitchen and bar pairs with taupe lacquered finishes and illuminated display cabinetry. Venetian plaster adds quiet texture throughout, including the elevator landing. ADL glass door systems with black metal frames define the home office and the wine room. A curated collection of Italian furnishings from B&B Italia, Maxalto and De Padova completes the residence with sculptural design and lasting comfort.
